Who we are

My AI Summit ("we," "us," "our") is a small software studio based in Texas. We build websites, custom apps, AI chatbots, and automations, offer AI consulting and training, and sell digital products. This policy covers myaisummit.dev, our product sales pages and checkouts, and the personal information we handle when we work with you.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, what you need, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and your browser type, to prevent spam and fix problems.
• Booking a call: when you book through our TidyCal calendar, TidyCal collects your name, email, the time you choose, and anything you add to the booking.
• Buying a digital product: your name, email, what you bought, and when. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Working with us: files, content, account access, and business information you share so we can build, fix, or advise on your project.
• Emails and calls: what you send us and notes from our conversations.

Information collected automatically

• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time) to keep the site running and secure.
• We do not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on myaisummit.dev.

Cookies and similar tools

• The accessibility widget saves your display preferences (like text size) in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it with the widget's reset button.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• The embedded TidyCal booking calendar, our product checkouts (Pinball), and Stripe may set their own cookies needed to book a call or complete a purchase. Their own privacy policies apply to those.

How we use it

• To reply to you, give you a quote, and run calls you book.
• To deliver projects, consulting, training, and the digital products you buy.
• To send receipts, access details, and other messages about what you bought.
• To send occasional marketing emails, but only if you signed up for them or bought from us, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To keep our site and systems secure and to prevent spam and fraud.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:

• Our hosting and database provider: runs the website and stores contact requests
• Resend: sends contact-form notifications and confirmation emails
• TidyCal: call booking and scheduling
• Pinball: product sales pages, checkout, product delivery, and customer emails
• Stripe: payment processing
• Google: web fonts

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Data we handle for clients

When we build or run something for a client, such as an app, chatbot, or automation, we may handle information about that client's own customers. In that case we act on the client's behalf and follow their instructions, and the client's privacy policy and our agreement with them apply. If you're one of their customers, contact the business you dealt with directly.

How long we keep it

• Contact requests: as long as they are useful for our conversation and normal business records, and generally no more than three years after our last contact.
• Purchase and payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Project files and access: for the length of the project and any support plan, then we delete or return them unless we agree otherwise. We remove any account access you gave us when the work ends.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, private storage, and access limited to the people doing the work. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information, unless we have to keep it for a legal reason;
• stop sending you marketing emails (or use the unsubscribe link in any email).

Email hello@myaisummit.dev. We may need to confirm it's really you, and we will respond within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. If we can't do what you asked, we'll explain why, and you can appeal by replying to that email. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.

Children

Our site and products are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and our service providers store information in the United States and other countries. By contacting us or buying from us, you understand your information will be processed there.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on the site or email customers.
